The saintly persons say that the transcendental glories of the Supreme Personality of Godhead are so beautiful and attractive that any living entity who becomes in accords with this becomes free from all sinful activities. Even though I am a less intelligent low born person, because I am engaged in glorifying the transcendental qualities of the Lord, all the statements that I make here will be pleasing to the saintly persons. Thinking this, I am writing this literature.

(Lalita sakhi speaks) Oh Krsna, because You stole the garments of the gopis who were distressed with cold and were nude, due to this sin, you have lost your flute. Any person who tortures others, he certainly suffers for that action.

(SRI PADYAVALI-8 OF Srila Rupa Gosvami) from Bhajana Mahatmyam Chapter) Lord Sri Madhava, who loves devotional service becomes very pleased with a person who takes shelter of Him at His lotus feet with pure devotion, not by the good qualities of a person who does not engage in devotional service. If the Supreme Lord would have become pleased with only good qualities, then where are the good qualities within the hunter. He was killing faultless living entities every day (in the Mahabharata, there is a history of a hunter whose name was Dharma. He was killing animals, but he was worshipping his parents, thinking they were gods and he was selling meat and taking care of them.) Seeing his devotion, Lord Sri Krsna gave him liberation. If the duration of life is seen to do devotional service, then where is the age of Dhruva Maharaja (he was only five)? If somebody sees the wisdom to do devotional service, then where is the wisdom of an elephant? (history of the king of elephants from the Srimad Bhagavatam). If beauty is seen to please God, Lord Krsna, then where is the beauty of Kubja who pleased Krsna? (Lord Sri Krsna accepted her because of her pure consciousness.) If the Lord can be pleased only by wealth, then where is the wealth of Sudhama Vipra? If the Lord can be pleased by the persons born in high class families, then Vidura Maharaja could not please the Lord. If the Lord can only be pleased by great abilities, then Maharaja Ugrasena who tolerated the imprisonment of Kansa could please Him.(Seeing the internal consciousness of Maharaja Ugrasena, after killing King Kamsa and releasing Maharaja Ugrasena from tormentation put him on the king's seat and He Himself became the minister). Therefore, the Lord is addressed as the pleaser.

Just by wearing saffron clothes, by regulative eating of food which is in the mode of goodness, by living in a lonely place such as in the forest, by giving elegant attractive powerful lectures, by taking a vow of silence, by moving around in the places of pilgrimage, one cannot cease the insatiable lusty desires, but by meditating on the lotus feet of Lord Sri Govinda, who is playing on the banks of the clear water of the Yamuna, even for a moment, one cannot completley uproot the lusty desires of Cupid.

Oh saintly persons, if one can get the knowledge which is equipted with melodious devotion to Lord Sri Krsna, if available anywhere, one should immediately take it the wealth of intense hankering. This intense hankering is the only price for attaining this devotional mellow of Lord Sri Krsna which is unattainable even by engaging in pious actions for millions of births.

Parikit Maharaja achieved liberation just by hearing, Sukhadeva Gosvami just by chanting, Prahlada by remembering, Sri Laksmidevi, by serving the Lord's lotus feet, and Prthu Maharaja by worshiping the Lord, by prayer, Akrura achieved liberation, by serving, Sri Hanuman achieved liberation, by becoming a friend, Arjuna achieved liberation, and by complete renunciation, Bali Maharaja achieved liberation. By the execution of only a particular kind of service, each of these personalities got liberation achieved Krsna.

Hearing these words from the dreaming Krsna, Mother Yasoda surprisingly spoke, "O how my baby speaks undesirable statements. If he speaks like this, his ears will be cut off. How have some other spirits taken over my little baby?" Saying this with full maternal affection, she started sprinkling her saliva on Him although He is the master of all the universes and who protects them, Mother Yasoda is spitting on Him to protect Him.

Due to the seperation of Lord Sri Govinda, my heart is unlimitedly pained but does not turn into two pieces. THen I would have become a little happy. Due to seperation, by my body has become unconscious but does not give up its life. Seperation of the Lord burns the heart but does not turn me into ashes. The destiny really hits me hard but does not kill me.

There is no better friend than the Supreme Lord Sri Krsna, the son of the king of Vraja. There is no better affection than the affection of the residents of the Vraja area to the Supreme Lord. There is no better shelter of liberation than the devotional service to Lord Sri Hari. There is no better place to live than the Vraja area where everyone chants the name of LOrd Sri Radha-Krsna. There is no better water then the water of the Yamuna. There is no better name than Lord Sri Krsna who attracts everyone's mind to Him. There is no better village than to live than Nandagram, the capital village of Nanda Maharaja.

There shadows from the morrors of the shark shaped earrings which are falling on His two cheeks which defeat the pride of Cupid, whose eyes are as wonderful as the fructified lotus petals, whose neck is like that of a conch, whose face is slightly smiling, whose lips which are as red as bimba fruit where the flute is situated, whose bodily complextion defeats the bluish complextion of newly born rain clouds, who is supremely peaceful, who is wearing a yellow cloth which is as bright as sun rays, whose neck is decorated with a vaijayanti garland and who is surrounded by hundreds of young gopis of Vraja, I pay my salutations and pray to such a personality who is dressed like a cowhear man, who situated in Vrindaban. _________
